Recioto is made out of dry grapes, left in fruit drying lofts for 100/120 days. Fermentation is stopped to preserve this wine’s typical structure and sweetness.
Recioto has an intense ruby-red colour. It is dark and sometimes impenetrable, with a strong dry fruit and jammy black cherries scent, which harmoniously develops in a velvety flavour, with a strong structure and a good total acidity.
